American UFC welterweight Matt Brown (23-18) spoke about recovering from Covid-19 and shared his plans.
“I feel good. Now I’m starting to work on cardio, returning to the training regimen.
I really wanted to fight Brian Barberena. He’s not as big a name as my former rivals. Fans haven’t heard of him. But it didn’t matter, because stylistically it was a very interesting fight. He’s a real grunt. He is ready to rush at you throughout the fight. And he has good cardio, so I think it was a great match-up.
I didn’t really think about who I want to meet now. Obviously, Barberena comes to mind first, but he already fought last week. I don’t know if he will be ready to take another fight.
Holland is a tough guy with a big name. It would be a great match, but any other option would suit me as well. I’m not particularly picky. If Kevin wants to fight, we’ll fight. I’m ready. Let’s meet on March 26th in Colombus, ”Brown said.
Matt Brown is a 30-year-old American MMA fighter who competes in the UFC welterweight division. He took part in The Ultimate Fighter and reached the semi-finals. The soldier was nicknamed “Immortal”. Matt is ranked 14th in the UFC welterweight rankings.
